Natural gas supply offer
DACIA ENERGY SOLUTIONS S.R.L., furnizor de gaze naturale, titular al licenţei de furnizare emisa de ANRE, nr. 2311 din 20.12.2019, vă propune încheierea unui contract de furnizare a gazelor naturale pe piața concurențială, în conformitate cu prevederile Legii energiei electrice și a gazelor naturale nr. 123/2017, după cum este detaliat in continuare:
Natural gas supply offer (electronic invoice)
- Oferta este valabilă până la 30.06.2022 pentru gazele naturale furnizate de la data intrării în vigoare a contractului până la 30.05.2023:

- Prices do not include VAT;
- The basic price of natural gas remains constant, regardless of the forecasted consumption;
- The contractual price may undergo changes in the situation where the regulated tariffs are modified by ANRE orders / decisions;
- Durata contractului: până la 30.05.2023.
Natural gas billing. Terms and conditions of payment
- The consumption invoice will be issued monthly, in the month following the delivery one - calculated based on the reading of the measuring equipment (or the readings estimated or read by the final customer). The due date is 10 days from the date of issue of the invoice.

- The value of a contract month.

The commercial characteristics of the partnership
- Prețul fix și garantat al energiei electrice active: 2.850,00 lei/MWh
- Perioada contractuală: 12 luni contractuale începând cu o dată cuprinsă între 14.03.2022–30.06.2022 și respectând prevederile legale învigoare
- Perioadă de aplicare a ofertei: 12 luni contractuale de la data începerii furnizării, maximum până la 31.08.2023
- The total contract price will also include the tariffs and fees regulated by ANRE (transport tariffs, distribution tariffs, green certificates, contribution for high efficiency cogeneration and excise) - see Annex 1
- Payment term: 30 calendar days from the date of issuing the invoice, which will be made in the first 10 working days of the month following the month of consumption, with the possibility of sending the invoice electronically.
- The contract may be extended / terminated unilaterally, with prior written notice to the supplier / consumer at least 21 calendar days before the termination date.
